Received from ye 1st June 1761 to 30th March, 1762: This column shows the amount of support each industry received from the Bethlehem Diacony during the fiscal year.

Ballance of Cash received more than Delivered: This column shows those industries which lost money, from the perspective of the Diacony, during the year. Only eight industries fell into this category.

Sums of Remainders & Receiving: This column shows the total of the first two columns, the value of the stock on hand at the beginning of the year, and the amount given to each trade by the Diacony. This amount represents the total debt of the trade to the Diacony on March 30, 1762.

The second section of the Extract gives a summary of the financial position of each industry owned by the Diacony, through ten different items of information listed in a two-page table. The summary for the 1761-1762 fiscal year runs from June 1 to March 30, a period of ten months rather than a whole year.
