Wednesday,
January 29 On this and succeeding days the account for 1743, compiled by Father Nitschmann, Adolph [Meyer], and Bishoff, was checked, recopied, and examined to determine how much had been spent for specific items. It seemed most significant to us that our Father always aids us in marvelous ways to meet the outlays of money that are required, without our worry and distress.
