1822 in Nazareth.
Surviving children: Matilda Caroline, wife of Rev. Ambrose Rondthaler
and Mrs. Edward H. Rauch; a daughter, Augusta S., d in 1833.

He m. secondly, in 1832, Rebecca Schnall.
