RICE, John (second marriage), b Aug. 18, 1790 in Bethlehem, a s.of Owen and Elisabeth, mn. Eyerle; merchant; lived for a time in New York; cashier in Northampton Bank in Allentown; d Aug. 31, 1868 and bd in Bethlehem. He m. first, in 1812, Margaret Philips of Philadelphia ‚ who d 1824 in Bethlehem.

 

PAULUS, Johanna Caroline, b Dec. 10, 1801, the eldest dau.of Christian Gottlob d Anna Johanna, mn. Nicolaus; after her husband's death she resided in the Bell House, and d Apr. 15, 1890 in Bethlehem.
Their only child, Emily Elizabeth, was the wife of Gerhard Wessels, of New York City.

STOZ, Anna Louise, b Aug. 7, 1795 in Salem, the first dau .of Samuel and Susan, inn. Fetter. After their marriage removed to Salem., N.C.
A son, Rev. Samuel S., b June 21,1832; a daughter, Mary M., the wife of Owen F. Leibert; and a daughter, Olivia S., b 1826, d 1901 in Bethlehem, unmarried.

WEINLAND, Susanna Elisabeth, b Feb. 15,1606 in Bethlehem, a dau. of David and Catharina Elizabeth, mn. Luckenbach; d June 28 ,1.884 in Bethlehem.
Children: Edward W; James A; Caroline, wife of John Luckenbach; Adeline L., wife of Charles M. Schultz; and Maria A., wife of John Frederick Waiter.

FERRIL, Francisca, b Apr. 4, 1805, a dau.of Joseph and Catharina, in. Knauss; her parents lived in Saucon twp; was sick-nurse in the Girls' Boarding School; lived last in the Sisters' House in Bethlehem, where she d Sep, 2, 1877. Children: Moses C; Joseph R; Henry; Milton; Emma, wife of Henry Schultz; Esther; Rebecca; and Frances H: a dau. d in infancy.
