He m. secondly, in 1852, Miss Wilhelmina Belinda Luckenbach, who d 1857; and m. thirdly, Miss Caroline S. Hoeber, who d June 4,1916 in the Gemein House, Bethlehem.

 

BISCHOP, Angeline, b Oct. 20, 1814 in Bethlehem, a dau. of Carl David and Anne Maria, mn. Schneckenburg; d 1851, in Bethlehem.
They had two sons, including Charles H., who d Apr. 11,1909 in the state of Washington.

SALATHE, Ernst (second marriage), b Aug. 21, 1799 in Wachterburg, Germany, a s.of Wilhelm and Christine inn. Stein; purse-maker; caretaker of the congregation "Wirtshaft" in Ebersdorf; about 1835, came to Bethlehem, where he served as "diener"; d Sep. 2, 1883 in Hopedale, Pa.
He m. first ________________‚ and had issue, two children; one son resided in the west.

 

NEISSER, Venilia, mn. Herbach, b Jan. 11, 1806 in Graceham, Md., a dau.of John and Elisabeth, mn. Koch.
She m. first, in 1827, Char Is s Frederick Neisser, who d 1831 in Bethlehem.
Childen: William; Henry, res. in Stroudsburg; Cornelia, m. first John S, Schmickley, and secondly, Edward Z. Rock; and Sarah, wife of John Buchter.

MORNHINWEG, Maria Magdalena, b Apr. 3, 1802; from Eisenbach, Saxe-Weimar; in 1834, came to Bethlehem; d 1862 in Bethlehem
Children: a son, Emil F. (b 1837, d 1851); a son, Francis B. (b 1843, d 1867); a daughter, Louise E., the wife of Henry A. Bishop; and another daughter was the first wife of Bishop Clement L. Reinke.

ROTH, Catharine, b Aug .15,1812 in Lower Nazareth twp. a dau.of John, of Hecktown; d Mar. 4, 1898.
A daughter, Maria Catharine, was the wife of Daniel Sensenbach.
