Children: Eugene T; Augustus; Emma C., wife of Theodor O. Fradeneck; Anna Maria, wife of Edwin T. Benner; Mrs. Jeremiah Lewis; Mrs. Virginia Ruede; and Mrs. Adam Smith.

TITZE, Herman Julius, b Oct. 7, 1810 at Gnadenfrey, n Silesia ; in 1832 came to America; tutor at Nazareth Hall, and from 1847-1849 principal of Young Ladies' Seminary in Bethlehem; served as pastor of various congregations, lastly at west Salem, Ill; d Aug. 5,1886 (Widows' Society Journal).

 

STOTS, Susanna Elisabeth, b Apr. 5, 1807 in Salem, N.C., a dau.of Samuel and Susanna, mn. Fetter; d Mar. 1865 at west Salem, Ill.

REICHEL Levine Theodore, b Mar .4,1812 in Bethlehem, a s.of Carl Gotthold and second wife, Catharina, mn. Fetter, and grandson of Rev. Charles G; moved to Germany with parents, and educated in Niesky Theological Seminary; in 1834 returned to America principal of Nazareth Hall; later served in the ministry; ordained a deacon in 1837 and presbyter in 1849; consecrated a bishop in 1869 at Herrnhut; he was the author of a number of valuable his historical works; d May 23,1878 in Germany.

 

SAUTTER, Louisa Christina, b Oct. 12, 1815 in the West Indies, a dau.of William Friedrich and Maria, mn. Schuster.

LICHTENTHAELER ‚ Christian, b Jan. 18 ‚ 1802 in Lititz, a s. of Johann Adolph, carpenter in Lititz ‚ and Elisabeth, ran. Knauss; tailor; missionary in St. Kitts, West Indies, and in Antigua; later served various congregations in the States; he left the service of the church and d in Chicago in 1855 (Widows' Society Journal).

 

KITCHELL, Ernestine Charlotte, b Aug. 31, 1807 in Emaus ‚ St. John, West Indies ‚ a dau.of the Moravian missionaries SamueI Gottlob and Sophia Elisabeth, mn. Richter; taught in Linden Hall and Bethlehem Seminaries; d July 19,1866 in Nazareth.
Children: Rev. Samuel; Orville; Edwin; and Elenora Sophia, the wife of Anthony Goth.

KERN, Andreas Gottfried (second marriage), b Sep.?, 1793 in Nazareth, a s.of John Michael and Ann Maria, mn. Stott; much interested in historical research and was one of the first members of the Moravian Historical Society; d Dec. 25, 1874 in Nazareth.
He m. first, Feb. 21, 1819, Catharina Louisa Levering, who d Jan. 13, 1837; she had issue eight children.

 

LICHTENTHAELER, Sarah, b Nov. 8, 1803 in Lititz, the eldest dau.of Johann Adolph and Elisabeth, mn. Knauss; taught in Linden Hall Seminary; d Feb. 26,1892 in Nazareth.
Issue, four children.
