About 5:30 everyone shall be punctually awakened, then wash, comb her hair, clean her teeth, and keeping on her Morning Gown [1] go to breakfast, which will be punctually at 6:00.

Sister Kunts will help Sister Beroth with making breakfast together with the day helper so that it is ready on time. Right after breakfast Sister Pyrlaeus will take care of washing up together with Polly Ungern.

Then from each Room Company half the children will go with a Sister to the sleeping hall to make beds and sweep. The other Sister will stay with the other half of the children to straighten up the room, this is done daily in alternation; Little Susannah [2] Bagge sweeps Sister Lunggard’s room as long as she is alone and the rest of the children go to make beds, take care of the steps and the hallways.

Maria Elisabeth Beroth shall watch her little ones while Sister Kunts with a few children sweeps the room and keeps an eye on the remaining few.

From 8 to 9 Sister Maria Elisabeth Beroth sweeps her third sleeping hall and makes her children’s beds and Sister Mary Pyrlaeus is in the 3rd teaching school setting the children’s little packets in order.

From 9 to 10 Sister Pyrlaeus cleans the dining room and takes care of setting the tables. From 10 to 11 Sister Beroth takes care of her lamps.

The rest of the time these two Sisters will get the children their work from the sewing school. [...]
