In May this year 1755 we came to London and June 12th we left London for America. 

Mary Thorne born at Brinkworth in Wiltshire in July 1728 was brought up in the Church of England was awakened by Brother Connick's preaching in Wilts in 1740. Was received into the Congregation March 1749 and went with me 1750 the first time to the Lords Supper -- her father Robert Ponting lives still at Brinkworth. 

Our children 
Ludwig William Thorne borne June 22/July 3, 1746 at Kingswood was given into the Oconomy at Buttermere 1749 was baptized by Brother Horne in Yorkshire May 7, 1754 and went home to our Savior May 12th following. 

Maria Thorne born near London December 9/20, 1748 and baptized by Br. Gambold. 

Benigna Louisa Thorne born at Glomen the north of Ireland July 19/30, 1750 baptized by Br. Connick. 

Eilzabeth Thorne borne at Leominster May 25th 1752. Baptized by Br. F. Okeley. Went home to our Savior on the sea July 30, 1755 and buried there in Lat. 28 Long 59 w. from London. 

[Thorne, his wife and two surviving children reached Bethlehem in 1755. He left Bethlehem in 1757.] ;
